This Block Ice Machine FIB-100DC is our new concept of direct ice block system instead of traditional brine based system, after invest & study so many years of fields trips around the world. We found that to design the new tech direct cooling ice block ice machine is quote popular among customers. From discussion with clients, customer has a high requirements for block ice quality. however, this direct cooling type is able to produce edible block ice if water is clean enough. and it saves ice making time, ice doffing time, save labor, many advantages.

This innovative direct cooling or we can called direct refrigeration or direct freezing block ice machine using aluminum freezing plates. The material is completely conforms to food standards. If the water supply is fresh water or clean, then the block ice produced by this direct cooling type can be eaten directly, and of course it can also be used for foodstuffs cooling, fish cooling, etc.
